South Africa Visa Application Requirements

1. A valid passport with at least two blank visa pages;
2. Two (2) passport size photographs, shirt with collar, white background, neutral face expression;
3. A fully completed Visa Application Form (BI-84). Please see attachment.
4. Flight Itinerary/Airline Booking;
   - Proof of accommodation (hotel booking/address of SA contact);
   - Proof of sufficient funds
5. bank certificate (original/certified copy) ;
6. bank statement with 6 months transaction history
7. Employment Certificate provided by employer.  If self-employed, provide the following: (Business permit, registration, and ITR…)
8. Statement and /or documentation confirming the purpose and duration of visit, ex. Day to day itinerary and activities,..
9. If for business trip, Company invitation letter, Company Guarantee letter, Company Business details.
10. If coming from or travelling through a yellow fever area prior to arrival to South Africa, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required;
11. Copy of passport (bio-data page)

 NOTE:

• INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
• THE FOLLOWING  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REQUESTED;
• FOR THE SPOUSAL VISA APPLICATION, A GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE COMMISSION OF FILIPINOS ABROAD MUST BE ATTACHED.
• A DEPOSIT OF PHP35, 000.00, WILL BE PAYABLE AND WILL ONLY  BE REFUNDABLE IF THE STATUS /CONDTION HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED
• VISA PROCESSING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 5 WORKING DAYS.  IT MAY TAKE LONGER WHEN AN APPLICATION IS REFERRED TO SOUTH AFRICA OR ANOTHER MISSION FOR VERIFICATION AND DURING PEAK SEASON.
