TURKEY VISA REQUIREMENT

PROVIDE DIGITAL and HARD COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

A.Scanned copy of Philippines passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your date of return.

B.Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary. ( PROVIDED BY THE AGENCY  OR  TOUR PROVIDER )

C.Bank statement. Copy of the applicant's most recent monthly bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.

D.Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

E ( if any)

Valid visa. (applicable for - e VISA)  A copy of a valid visa (not an electronic visa) or residence permit of any Schengen countries, United States, United Kingdom, or Ireland.

F.BUSINESSMAN:          

DTI, business permit , Itr. 2X2 ID PHOTO WITH WHITE BACK GROUND(3 PCS), BANK CERT .

G.Employed:                    COE, ITR, COMPANY ID
